End User License Agreement

Software Licensing Terms for PixelSuite.

1. License Grant

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Pencil Codes (a subsidiary of KSR Networks) for the software products making up the PixelSuite. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Application.
  • Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the Application.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us or the licensors of the Application.

3. Disclaimer of Liability (CRITICAL)

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA DAMAGE, CORRUPTION, OR DELETION.

The PixelSuite applications (including Studio Automation and Folder Analyzers) perform extensive file operations on your local directories. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the software is at your sole risk. Under no circumstances shall Pencil Codes or KSR Networks be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost data, corrupted files, or deleted directories caused by user error or software operation.

4. Termination

This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Pencil Codes. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA with or without prior notice.
